If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests made after shipment will be evaluated within the scope of our return and exchange policy.
2. Return Policy
You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date.
For return transactions, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Once your return request is approved, the product fee will be refunded to you within 10 business days via the payment method you used.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer; however, if the product is defective or wrongly sent, the shipping fee will be covered by our company.
3. Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange for the product you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date.
For exchange transactions, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Exchange requests will be evaluated based on stock availability. For out-of-stock products, a return transaction will be performed.
